Acupuncture Clinic Closing August 6th, 2021

Dear Friends and Clients,

I recently accepted an Acupuncture position at a non-profit medical clinic in coastal Oregon.  Our time together has been precious, and I am honored to have been a part of your healing journey.  I regret the short notice of the clinic closing on August 6th for acupuncture services.

Herbal and nutritional consultations will still be available via telemedicine if you are interested.  I will assist in any way to make this transition as smooth as possible.  Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

Peace and good health

Covid-19 Update! The Clinic is Open for Acupuncture & Herbs!

The recent corona virus pandemic has caused a large ripple in everyday life.  Fortunately, Eastern medicine and acupuncture may help ease stress and anxiety during this time.  Stress, sugar, and lack of sleep all decrease your immune system and create vulnerability.  My clinic has taken the proper steps to ensure a safe and clean environment for relaxation and healing.  Antiseptic cleaning after each appointment, staggered appointments leaving no one in the waiting room, masks are available, people that have a fever and cough are asked to stay home or call their primary care provider before scheduling, and I am available for tele-health consults for people that do not want to have an in office visit.  WE will get through this and be even stronger and healthier!

Peace and Good Health

Qi Gong workshop with Master Larry Wong 8/25 – 8/26/18

Master Larry Wong will be teaching a one day class on the Wild Goose qi gong form on 8/25/18, from 9-5. This will include movements from the classical 64 posture form in a simple and distilled teaching. These individual exercises greatly benefit one’s circulation, detoxification, flexibility and immune system. A unique opportunity in Northern Idaho.

The original wild goose form (Da Yan qigong) is an ancient set of exercises mimicking the movements of a wild goose. The form comes from the Kunlun mountains in China famed for it’s monasteries and martial arts.

Master Wong will also be teaching a half day meditation class on 8/26/18, from 9-1. This class will teach the foundation of qi gong meditation. This style of meditation calms the mind, promotes grounding, builds inner awareness, and can increase energy and vitality. This will include: sitting, standing, and moving postures.
